For people who hate Valentine’s day… 7pm-11pm

Join us for an Alternative Valentine’s Night - get away from all that commercial soppiness, and come and meet some other people who are just as big a nerd as you are! 

Or - how great would it be to be able to say ‘our eyes met over a game of Mario’ - in 2020?

There’ll be no enforced speed-dating, but we won't prevent any speedrunning!!

We might just have some so-bad-it’s-good ‘romantic’ games out to play... (but only ironically, of course!)

All our usual gaming displays will be on and we'll be getting loads of extra consoles and games out from our archive for you to play. Join us for a great night out and help support the work of the Centre!

Please feel free on the night to order any food you want for delivery to the museum. We can recommend using Deliveroo!

All we ask is that you use the tables provided in the foyer to eat and please use the napkins and hand wash provided to keep things (and yourselves!) nice and tidy. Please do not eat food whilst playing games.

Spaces for this special one-off night are limited, so booking is required to ensure your place, although if you're lucky you *may* get in on the night. (tickets on the door will be £2 extra)

Due to the adult nature of some games this is an over 18s event.
