In the early 1990s, there were far more blurred lines on what was acceptable when it came to copyright material than is known today.
Game discs such as this would have thousands of ROMS for the system of choice, in this case the ZX Spectrum, an emulator would be on the disc for a modern PC to be able to play the games.
Of course the original author or publisher would not get any royalties for each copy sold to the public.
Now websites hosting ROMS for games will often hold back distribution for certain games.
We hold software packages such as these purely for historical reference.
3000 Classic Games: Latest Emulators included for Amiga & Windows. The game files on this CD can also be used for Mac, Atari, Acorn or Linux.
