Digital copy of a photograph of Tony Morgan showing a printout from the Samastronic Printer on LEO II/8 (in process of commissioning) to the Duke of Edinburgh (being shown round the factory by Stan Holwill) during his visit to Minerva Road, 22 Mar 1960.

LEO II/8, once commissioned, went out to the Standard Motor Company at Coventry in July 1960. It was the first LEO machine to include core memory with transistors and valves.
