Photograph of LEO III in operation at John Humphries House.

Inscription on reverse: "The London Joint Boroughs Computer Centre at John Humphries House, Greenwich. This was a computer co-operative shared by Bermondsey, Camberwell, Deptford, Southwark and Woolwich Boroughs and it processed each year 600,000 rate demands and payroll for 15,000 council employees. It was officially opened by George Woodcock, General Secretary of the TUC on 26 March 1965 although it had been in use from 1963."
