Ultimate Play The Game released this and the classic Jetpac together with little fanfare, but to great acclaim. The company at this time only took half of Christmas day off a year, under the philosophy that if you only work 9 to 5, you only get a 9 to 5 game. Consequentially, the attention to detail in these games is astounding for 16k titles, and put a good few of the emerging 48k games to shame.

Here you must guide Robbie The Robot around the single screen to rid the garden of Interstellar Space Slugs, Scuttling Leeches and Menacing Midges - to protect a giant flower until it blooms. The three different pesticides available as weapons are only lethal to one of the creatures. For instance, the blue can kills the worms, but not others (though it will stun the leeches for a short while), so the player must show some tactical ability in swapping the cans against the onslaught of the insects. One touch of any creature and a life is lost, also the loss of the flower will lose the player a life.

Robbie the Robot looks like, and seems to be inspired by the android in the film Silent Running, and has to carry out a similar task of keeping alive man's last fauna.

As well as the cassette version, Pssst also came out on the ill-fated ROM format.
