The Linnet Intelligent V.21/V.23 is a standalone external modem made by Pace Micro Technology. It supports the ITU‑T V.21 and V.23 standards for low-speed data transmission.

The Linnet modem provided reliable connectivity for Prestel, Telex, ASCII-based services, and point-of-sale or terminal applications in business, education, and home environments.

The modem connects to a computer using a standard RS-232 serial port, and to a telephone line using a 600-series modular plug.

Powered by an external adapter, it features an onboard speaker and six LED indicators showing power, carrier detect, transmit, receive, auto-answer, and online status.
