The Risc Developments A3010 RAM card has 8 x GM71C440AJ60 FPM Dynamic RAM chips., giving 8 x 4 x 1Mbit = 4MB RAM. Actually 7 are GM71C4400AJ60 and 1 is a GM71C4400AJ70, which probably makes no difference. The card is designed to fit in the A3010 RAM upgrade sockets.
