60988 Broido Tabulator 7 forms

Photograph of three forms designed by Daniel Broido for his tabulating machine, the Tabulator 7, an early prototype for the document readers later central to the operation of the LEO systems.  The forms are Broido's design for a 'waitress check' system, developed in the early 1940s.
