The Super Z is a composite user port/RAM system designed it work principally on the ZX81, however, it can be adapted to work on a S100, Z80A-based microcomputer system.

The board offers a gross capacity of 64K RAM, three parallel 8-bit Read/Write (bi-directional) ports and is based on the Motorola MCM 6665L20. Each device holds 65536 bits of information. Due to the way the microcomputer reads and writes data, eight of these devices are used at the same time.
