This cardboard sleeve is for the Goldeneye pack, which was a normal Nintendo 64 console box, with a loose cartridge of Goldeneye 007. The game was a huge critical and sales success for Rare and Nintendo, so it was an obvious choice to boost sales of the console by packing the game and console together.
