An original manual used by the University Mathematical Laboratory, Cambridge, for programming lectures. The manual is titled 'A Beginner's guide to the EDSAC 2 Autocode' by R.K. Livesley, dated August 1961. Also includes a letter from Roger Thompson, son of T. R. Thompson, to Peter Byford acknowledging the donation of the manual to the LEO Society.
