Description : The Centre for Computing History is delighted to announce six reduced ticket entry Family Activity Days at the museum. This has been made possible with funding from Cambridge City Council. The second activity in our summer workshop series is a Team Repair Broken Games Workshop for the whole family to enjoy. Repair a broken games console and learn more about the 'magic' that makes this popular gadget work. Do you like taking things apart to see how they work? Wouldn't it be fun to learn how to repair a gadget? Come and find out in this fun, hands-on workshop where we will be fixing a broken games console while learning about electricity, circuits and the different components that make up this gadget. This workshop is aimed at children 10 years and over. This event will be hosted a week before our first ever Repair Cafe at the museum encouraging the joy of fixing things! Remember - All proceeds go to support our Computing Museum! |
