Z88 Computing Date: 1988 Z88 Computing

This book is for owners and would-be purchasers of the Z88 who are not computer literate but who want to be able to use it quickly and effectively.

Since the machine has no facility for using external disk software, it comes with its own built in wordprocessor, spreadsheet, database, diary and calculator.

The Author concentrates on how to make the best use of the built-in software and explains in simple terms how to down-load files to another computer or printer, and how to load files into the Z88 from another computer.

The Z88 portable computer has been aimed at a market entirely separate from that assumed for earlier machines in its lineage. It is the first truly cheap portable laptop computer, and the first computer to dispense with disk drives in favour of memory.
