This game is part of the Hatris video game franchise. In the game, pairs of various hats fall from the top of a 6 column playfield. The player can contol these as they fall by moving them horizontally, downwards or by swapping the two hats over. When a stack of 5 hats of the same type is created, this removes them from the playfield and gains the player points. When a player uses a single pair of hats to clear two stacks simultaneously, this is called a 'hatris' and is worth double the points. As with Tetris, there is a top limit line and if any stack of hats exceeds this line, the game is over.
